AI Visibility. One discipline, done properly.

Getting your business named, recommended and trusted when customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini about your category. It's the newest and fastest-moving area in marketing — and it's the only thing we do.

What it is

Search has split in two. Most businesses only compete in one half.

A fast-growing share of your customers no longer scroll a results page. They ask an assistant a direct question — "who's the best supplier for this?" — and act on the two or three names that come back. That answer is composed, not ranked. The model decides which sources it trusts enough to cite, and everything else is invisible.

AI Visibility is the work of becoming one of those trusted sources. It goes by two names — Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Optimization (AIO) — and they describe the same discipline.

The old game was winning clicks.
The new game is winning citations.

Related, but not the same job.

You can hold the top organic position and still never be mentioned in an AI answer. The two systems reward different things.

Good SEO still helps — it is not wasted. But it is not sufficient, and treating the two as one job is exactly why so many well-optimised businesses are missing from AI answers.

The engagement

Four stages, in order.

01

Audit

We put the questions your customers actually ask to the major assistants and record what comes back — who gets named, how often, in what order, and how favourably you're described when you do appear. You finish this stage knowing exactly where you stand and which competitors are being recommended in your place.

  • Prompt set built around your category
  • Mention rate per assistant
  • Competitor share of answer
  • Sentiment and accuracy check
02

Fix

AI models don't learn about you from your homepage alone. They assemble a picture from sources across the web, and where those sources are thin, outdated or contradictory, the model stays quiet. We correct and strengthen what the models are reading so you become answerable.

  • Source and entity clean-up
  • Structured data and machine-readable facts
  • Content gaps that map to real questions
  • Consistency across third-party listings
03

Build authority

Being readable isn't the same as being trusted. Models weight corroboration — the same claim, confirmed in places they already rely on. This is the slowest stage and the one that compounds; it's what moves you from occasionally mentioned to consistently recommended.

  • Third-party corroboration
  • Expertise signals and attribution
  • Reference-grade content
  • Ongoing source development
04

Track

Every month you get a plain-English AI Visibility report: how often each assistant named you, whether that's rising, and what changed. No vanity metrics and no dashboard you need training to read.

  • Monthly mention rate by assistant
  • Movement against competitors
  • Sentiment trend
  • What we changed and what it did

Who it's for

Businesses people ask about.

This works best where customers research before they buy and where a recommendation carries weight — professional services, healthcare, B2B suppliers, education, hospitality, trades with considered purchases. If a customer would plausibly ask an assistant "who's the best in Dubai for this?", there's an answer being given right now, with or without you in it.

Worth knowing

This is a first-mover moment. Most of your competitors don't know the category exists — and once a model trusts a source, that lead compounds.

It's a poorer fit for businesses with no online footprint at all, or where purchases are entirely impulse-driven and nobody researches first. We'll tell you straight if that's you.

Questions

Straight answers.

How long before we see movement?

The audit gives you a picture immediately. Fixes to sources and structured data can register within weeks. Authority — the part that makes models confident enough to name you consistently — builds over months, not days. Anyone promising you a fixed timeline for that is guessing.

Can you guarantee we'll be recommended?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We don't control the models. What we control is whether you're readable, credible and corroborated in the sources they draw on — and we report honestly on whether that's translating into mentions.

Do we need to stop our current SEO?

No. Good SEO still helps and the two disciplines overlap in places. This sits alongside it, aimed at a different outcome.

Which assistants do you cover?

The ones your customers actually use — currently ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude, plus Google's AI Overviews. The list changes, and we track it as it does.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. We're based in Dubai and work with clients worldwide. The work is largely remote and the reporting is the same wherever you are.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your category and the state of your current footprint, which is why the audit comes first. You'll get a fixed number before any ongoing work starts.
